Needed to stay close to the airport, which it is.

Stuck in the last century. Poor wifi and only in lobby. Bathroom about to fall apart (loose tiles, water dripping everywhere). Extremely firm bed. Everything has that "yellowish" appearance since it hasn't been refurbished for ages. Price is simply outrageous for what you get. Not recommended.

Located in a very rundown area, felt very unsafe to go out. Had to eat food in our room as no restaurant. Upon arrival, old man insisted on taking one small piece of luggage to our room. wouldnt leave till he was given tip. left us to carry remainder of our luggage from car to room on our own. garden area appalling. broken garden furniture etc, It was a tip. Definitely not a 4 star extablishment in our view. felt shabby . carpets on stair way dirty. very relieved to leave there after our one night stay. Would not stay there again and would advise others not to do so. We hope you will consider no longer advertising this hotel. For 90E per night it was very poor value indeed. Excellent location if you have a early flight from Naples as it's10 minutes walk to the terminal. However, this is certainly not a 4* hotel, the rooms are small, bathrooms dirty and facilities are lacking. There is no restaurant on site and it's not an area of the city you want to venture in too far after dark. I would suggest eating before your arrival and then making yourself comfortable for the night! Also, ask for a room on the quiet side of the hotel.

Hotel didn´t take creddit cards - they said the system was broken. TV did not work. Floor in room and corridor was dirty. Bathroom wet with problems in the water closet. Room was changed but with the same problem. Staff was not helpful or friendly.

A booked stay right next to the airport ready to catch an early flight. It met this requirement exactly and was a short 400M walk from the airport. Facilities were basic, functional and fit for the purpose we required. Perfect for doing a late night arrival early departure. Wi fi in public area and has the longest password ever. 26 alpha / numeric characters.

Not really criticism but not an ideal location for anything other than airport convenience.

The location was not easy to find; the hotel was dingy; there were no tea making provisions in the room; the air conditioner did not work; the television did not work; the mini-bar fridge could not be plugged in so did not work; the kettle had to be placed on the floor to be plugged in; the breakfast was mean and scant; the reception staff was not helpful; checkout could not read my credit card; the car park had a rotting wreck of a car in it; the back door was surrounded by dirty laundry bags. It was a depressing experience!

The annexe which we stayed in was very utilitarian with weeds growing outside and a very neglected garden. The hotel itself seemed of a much higher standard.

It was a cramped dirty room, with bugs; there was no shampoo etc, no glasses for water; absolutely minimal; shower so small that you could not raise your arms to shmapoo without hitting the soap shelf (amd I am a small woman)

Its close to the Naples airport. Main man on front desk is nice, other staff are not overly helpful. There are many gates and locks it feels like an military base, but if you have to catch an Early morn flight from Napoli the place is the closest you can get to.

Poor decor,small rooms with road noise.Expensive, we paid 90 euro for one night but the rack rate is 130!! Also no dining room or coffee shop.

The hotel is very close to the airport. About a 10 minute walk. Perfect for an early flight.

The location is good if you want to be really close to the airport but really nothing else.

The location can't be beat if you need to take an early flight or are arriving into Naples late. The staff were friendly. There is free wireless and laundry machines available.

Though the hotel has a great location if you need to be near the airport or the Navy base, the location is pretty bad if you are there to see the city. The lobby of the hotel looks modern, but it is only a facade - virtually every other aspect of the hotel is dated. Our bed was a pull-out couch in a Soviet-style apartment. And the room had an odd smell of industrial cleaner and grilled meat.

Its location...this was our reason for chosing it.We had a morning flight and had travelled for 6 hours to reach Naples. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Room was comfortable.We asked for a room at the rear as friends had warned us that front facing rooms are noisy. This request was adhered to.

Lokks tired from outside but better on the inside. Bath had a lot of sealant around it...a bit yucky. Were no eggs for breakfast.
